Laura C. Rice, PhD is a clinical neuroscientist, data scientist, and chemical engineer with expertise in neuromodulation and neuroimaging across a wide range of clinical indications, including psychiatric and neurological conditions. She has over a decade of experience in research and development and clinical research, including training at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. 

Dr. Rice recently served as a lead reviewer at the FDA, where she conducted rigorous reviews of pre-market submissions for SaMD and neuromodulation devices including PMA, De Novo, 510(k), 513(g), Q-Submission, IDE, and TAP. Dr. Rice is now consulting for medical device companies across the globe to assist with bringing novel therapies to market.
