Nicole brings over 20 years of experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support across healthcare and legal industries. Her roles have included coordinating clinical operations, managing executive calendars, overseeing project logistics, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulation and certification requirements.

At Nilo Medical Consulting Group, Nicole applies her expertise in operational coordination, regulatory documentation support, and executive-level communication to ensure seamless internal workflows and client delivery. She is dedicated to maintaining efficiency and accuracy behind the scenes so NMCG’s regulatory and clinical teams can focus on strategy and technical excellence.

In her spare time, Nicole volunteers with local animal rescue organizations and with It Takes a Village, a local community group that supports individuals and families in crisis.
